To further strengthen the team for the Cologne headquarters, we are looking for the next time: Account Manager (m/w/d) Focus on commercial administration & process building of a new residential quarter in the best Cologne location In this responsible position, you take over the independent commercial management and management of the quarter and at the same time design the structures, processes and standards necessary for the successful operation of the new quarter. You combine classic commercial property management with a pronounced process and structural affinity and have the opportunity to build structures from the outset and establish them sustainably.

Commercial Property Management Own-responsible commercial management and management of the residential quarter Control and monitoring of operating and auxiliary cost accounting Auditing, receivable management and dunning Commercial management and support of external service providers Perception of appointments within the scope of transfers and acceptances Care and quality assurance of the quarterly master and movement data, in particular in the Domus real estate management system Compilation of regular reports and evaluations, e.g. at cost, idle and operating costs Support for budget planning and target-actual analyses Process and Structure Building Building and continuous development of a uniform and transparent storage and document structure for the entire quarter Development, documentation and implementation of commercial processes Definition and establishment of standards for data and documents Ensuring high data quality and consistent data structures Participation in digitization and standardization projects Active further development of commercial standards and structures of the quarter Cooperation & interfaces Close cooperation with Finance, Facility Management, Stock and the Property Management Team Technical support and support of Junior Property Manager in the Quartiers team Active exchange with internal and external contact persons If necessary, support in day-to-day operations and special evaluations and analyses

Completed commercial training in real estate, e.g. as a real estate businessman or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate management, ideally in residential real estate Knowledge of commercial property management and residential property management safe handling of IT or real estate management systems; Knowledge of Domus is beneficial Embossed process and structural affinity A very structured, independent and process-oriented method High sense of responsibility and pronounced quality orientation Joy in not only applying structures, but actively building and developing Communication strength and professional experience in dealing with internal and external contacts
