As a specialist for occupational safety (m/w/d), you are part of the Optima Group. Whether Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing or Personnel - we act together as a headquarters for our four business units and actively shape the strategic and operational orientation of the group of companies.

You advise and support managers and employees on all issues of occupational safety, environmental protection and on mission-related topics. In addition, you will accompany our specialist areas in implementing international customer and country requirements in occupational safety. Your tasks include safety-related audits of facilities and regular visits to the workplaces to strengthen the awareness of occupational health and safety. You plan and conduct training as well as instruction, create and maintain relevant documents such as operating instructions and emergency plans and take over global communication with authorities, suppliers and other external bodies. You actively contribute to the creation of risk assessments, analyse work accidents and derive appropriate corrective measures. You carry out missions and internal audits in the field of occupational safety and environmental protection and contribute to the implementation of global occupational safety standards.

You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, a further education as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have completed training as a specialist in occupational safety and a qualification as an internal auditor (m/w/d). Ideally, you will bring well-founded and extensive professional experience in the field of plant or special machine construction. High self-responsibility, care and a strong sense of responsibility characterize your work. Flexibility, enforcement strength and pronounced communication and team skills complete the profile ideally. Your qualification profile is optimally complemented by very good German and English skills, good MS Office skills and the willingness to occasionally travel worldwide.
