CONDITIONS FOR THE PFLEGED **

• Free time that counts: your annual holiday is clearly regulated: up to 29 days of holiday. Recreation also has a reliable place in the changing day of care. • With your time at biac you can develop more: holiday and Christmas money can grow with your belongings. • In the account: your hourly wage is from 17 €/hour and is paid reliably. • Suitable scope of employment: In the outpatient care you work in parttime or in the minijob. • Planable in the shift service: holiday wishes are fairly matched in the day-to-day care with a view to early, late and night services, instead of being excluded on a flat-rate basis.

• You work along clear daily routines and contribute to the well-prepared and implemented supply steps. • You support ongoing operations in the nursing service and thus contribute to a reliable outpatient care in everyday life. • Important observations, feedbacks and procedures are reliable in order to maintain transparency and orientation in use.

DAMIT KANNST YOU IN PFLEGEALLTAG SECURITY:

• A state-approved training or qualification in nursing assistance, nursing assistance or a comparable area is a strong basis for this position. • For outpatient operations it is important that you work independently, responsibly and reliably in the home environment. • You bring German knowledge at least to B2 level so that care report, handovers and contact with residents work safely. • With a binding and reliable way of working, you fit well into changing bets with our partners.

Is this a firm job in just one location? No. You are permanently employed at biac and work at different locations in Berlin, depending on the arrangement.
