Building Officer District Heating (m/f/d)

You coordinate construction measures on the district heating pipe networks and systems, including the leak detection system. Your tasks include close cooperation with customers, contracted civil engineering and pipe construction companies as well as urban offices and other departments of the Düsseldorf network company. You take over the independent management of measures and bear the holistic responsibility for the implementation of the project objectives in terms of costs, dates, quality and functionality. The organisation and coordination of commissioning of the network sections with internal stakeholders is your responsibility. You will check the dimensions and layout sketches, plausibilisate grinding plans and take the services provided. The accounting and controlling in SAP as well as the control of the proper GIS documentation are also your tasks.

Your degree as a master:in/technician:in it forms the theoretical basis. You have a well-founded knowledge of networks and plants in the area of district heating and are well familiar with the relevant regulations of AGFW, DVGW and BG and use them safely. If necessary, you will already have first experience in line deep construction. You bring entrepreneurial and business-economic thinking and action, proceed structuredly, have enforcement capacity and are ready to take responsibility. A high degree of flexibility is yours. Your affinity for various software solutions allows you to quickly work into different systems. You own a class B license.
