Sales Engineer / Civil Engineer Turnkey Modular Construction (m/f/d)

Win customers & expand networks You identify new projects, actively address regional industrial and commercial customers, architects as well as contractors or investors and continuously expand their network in the sales area (Saxons, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia and southern Brandenburg). You represent KLEUSBERG at trade fairs and events, keep convincing specialist presentations and position our modular buildings as a sustainable solution. Understanding needs & developing projects You accurately meet customer requirements – on site and by telephone – and advise competently on turnkey office buildings, schools and kitas in modular design. Together with specialist planners and internal interfaces, You develop convincing technical and economic concepts. Making offers & completing You create and calculate offers independently and keep every phase in mind – from request to decision. You control the supply and project team, coordinate external participants and present your solutions safely at decision-making level. You negotiate professionally and successfully conduct projects until the conclusion of the contract.

Professionally safe & practical You bring a degree in architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering (construction)or comparable You have several years of experience in the distribution of turnkey properties and are inspiring for modular construction. You know yourself in calculation, contract law and relevant standards and use your knowledge specifically for your projects. Sales professional with feel for customers You develop tailor-made solutions, convince decision-makers and accompany projects from initial contact to the conclusion of the contract. You work customer-oriented, structured and result-focused and also keep complex tasks in mind. Teamplayer & sovereign You maintain a respectful, cooperative approach to customers, colleagues and external project partners. You appear authentic, binding and convincing and represent KLEUSBERG with passion. You have excellent knowledge of German (C1/C2) and are ready to actively travel to your sales region.
