Professional and disciplinary leadership, as well as further development of the team Development and implementation of sales-promoting measures in the field of Part and Software Sales After Sales / Service and Reporting Support Creating evaluations and performing margin checks Maintenance of sales prices, price lists and pricing structures Active participation in operating daily business Creating offers, cost proposals and agreements/contracts for end customers and European trading partners Ensuring the timely and economical execution of spare parts, wear parts and repair orders Monitoring of dunning and securing payment receipt

Commercial training or studies, preferably with technical knowledge Multiannual professional experience in customer service, preferably mechanical engineering or industrial environment Leadership experience of advantage Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Experience in handling AI tools of advantage Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, solution-oriented operation Good organizational capacity Communication strength and pronounced customer orientation
