We are looking for you for the School Administration Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in part-time (50 %) and indefinitely.

With over 1,000 employees, the school administration office creates the framework conditions for a future-oriented Stuttgart school landscape and ensures a high-quality school offer. The School-IT department is the operator of educational school IT and central IT service providers for urban schools with around 60,000 terminals in a centrally managed network architecture.

A job that enthuses you

• You take over relevant and coordinating tasks for the School IT department
• They are responsible for secretarial and organisational activities such as the appointment organisation and coordination
• Your tasks include the handling of public, telephone, e-mail and postal services

Your profile that suits us

• completed training as an administrative specialist, office clerk or office clerk or a comparable completed three-year commercial training
• good IT skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, SAP) and good German skills
