You control and independently enter an assigned area with customers from different industries in close coordination with the management You develop and implement strategic and regional goals You create and control budgets and control your objects You will evaluate relevant key figures and interpret them Ensure smooth reporting towards customers, management and specialist departments You implement the Geiger FM corporate policy and take care of compliance with legal, qualitative and contractual standards You take over leadership tasks – especially in the management, motivation and development of the employees assigned to you You build long-term customer relationships and support them through holistic care, solution-oriented action and reliable communication You are dealing with topics of quality, innovation, risk and crisis management in operational everyday life You organize, coordinate and monitor all measures necessary for smooth operation You implement and run new customers according to the company's internal requirements and customer requirements

Qualification: You have completed training and/or studies in the fields of business management, facility management or comparable qualifications (such as master building cleaning, GaLaBau, etc.) Experience: You have appropriate professional experience in the described area of responsibility, first leadership experience you could already gain Knowledge: You have a safe handling of the MS Office programs and have basic business knowledge as well as driving licence class B Personality: You have a strong service and are committed Working methods: You like to take responsibility for leadership and are success- and quality-oriented
