You work pedagogically in a motivated team of experienced and young colleagues. You apply modern educational concepts. You actively shape and develop the pedagogical concept. You accompany and support the children in everyday life through development-oriented offers. You observe and document the individual educational topics of the children. You work according to our certified quality management. You build a competent and reliable educational partnership with parents and maintain them. You work closely with the team of the institution, the guardian and the institution.

You have completed training as an educator (m/w/d), social pedagogue (m/w/d), curative nurse (m/w/d) or comparable recognition. You are happy to work with children aged 0;4 years to enter school. You cultivate an appreciation and individual handling of children. You are characterised by cooperation and team spirit.
