In the Employee Relations department of Vodafone GmbH at the Düsseldorf site, exciting tasks and projects from a wide range of labour law topics await you in a dynamic environment. This gives you a comprehensive insight into the functioning of a globally operating telecommunications company and how strategic projects are supported, negotiated and implemented in a company.

As a consultant, you are responsible for employee relations (m/w/d) as an independent pre- and post-processing, as well as for the management of negotiations on collective-law regulations (including operating arrangements) with the employees' bodies at company and group level, taking into account personal and financial impacts on the German Vodafone Group. You take on your own responsibility the preparation and accompaniment of agreements. You support the development of strategies to implement business decisions at a collective level. You accompany transformation and change processes with your labor expertise. You are preparing HR basic questions as well as HR generic agreements/forms taking into account the strategy of the Vodafone Group in Germany. You negotiate and support the regional personnel areas during the negotiation with the local works council. You take the independent analysis of upcoming legal issues and show pragmatic solutions and action strategies against the respective operational background.

What distinguishes you: A completed study of law At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of staff or Legal department and/or a law firm In-depth knowledge of (collective) labour law Extensive experience in negotiating management and supervision of works councils Embossed communicative and diplomatic skills Very good knowledge of MS Office Very good knowledge of English (C1 to GER)
