Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibility You have the responsibility for active search and applicant management for several well-known automotive manufacturers in the region You carry out video interviews and personal conversations, if necessary together with the executives and support them in the organisation of personnel development measures You conduct direct language (Active Sourcing) by suitable specialists from the automotive industry You accompany the candidate: within the entire selection and setting process You support the planning and monitoring of regional recruiting events You can contribute to internal HR projects
