You identify new customer potentials and develop existing accounts strategically (New Business & Upselling)

You understand your customers' business models and translate requirements into tailor-made IT service solutions

You position our ADLON Services convincingly at decision-making level

You accompany leads from qualification to completion

You conduct sales processes (incl. workshops, pitches, supply phase) to the sustainable development of your existing customers

You work closely with our consultants and brand management team

You have a completed commercial or technical training

You have already successfully placed IT services on the market

You recognize business potential and develop convincing IT solutions with real added value

You desire sovereign at IT decision-making level and gain confidence

You have experience in dealing with longer, consulting-intensive sales cycles

You control and drive deals structured along the entire sales process

You develop accounts and leverage growth potential
