In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible personality for the organizational and administrative support of the clinic everyday. The Schön Klinik Holding SE (district Düsseldorf) is located in the Schön Klinik Düsseldorf. This is part of the Schön Klinik Group and is the only left Rhine hospital in the city. The clinic is located directly on the Rhine and specializes in surgery, orthopaedics and internal medicine. Around 640 employees provide over 41,000 patients each year, both inpatient and outpatient. The clinic is certified as a spinal column specialist centre as well as as as an EndoProthetikZentrum der Maximumversorgung. Other focal points of the house are minimally invasive surgery, gastroenterology as part of visceral medicine, cardiology and HNO. Own responsible takeover of general secretariat tasks Organization and coordination of speaking hours Administrative intake of patients Procurement of speaking hours and OP appointments Date management for internal meetings, trainings and discussions Processing of internal and external correspondence and incoming mail and emails Preparation of the current OP program Telephone care and information for patients Support in the preparatory billing according to GOÄ and KV

Completed vocational training in the medical field, e.g. as medical specialist (MFA) (w/m/d) Ideally with training to the practical manager / to the practical manager (w/m/d) First professional experience in the hospital or in a doctor's office Safe, service-oriented and friendly appearance in dealing with patients Good PC knowledge, especially in handling MS Office An independent, reliable and structured way of working as well as team skills and a high level of responsibility complete your profile
