Costing: Economic and realistic determination of the costs incurred on the basis of designs, execution plans, performance directories and price lists for equipment, wage and material costs Plans: Support in the creation of works schedules and supplements Coordination: Close exchange with all project participants and the occasional inspection of construction sections Variety: Each project has different peculiarities and is as individual as your calculations Conditions: Attractive remuneration, 30 days vacation and individual training and development opportunities through our own SPITZKE AKADEMIE

Qualification: Technical completion, e.g. as master / technician / electrical engineer / railway engineer or civil engineer (all m/w/d) (m/w/d): Experience in costing or after-sales management; ideally with Deutsche Bahn as client Expertise: Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, building regulations and cost structures Competence: Organised and structured working methods as well as distinct communication skills and negotiation skills Communication: Very good oral and written knowledge in the German language or the willingness to train
