About the company

Our client is a traditional, globally active medium-sized production company with over 1,000 employees. For this we are looking for motivated and committed candidates (m/w/d) They are responsible for the implementation of the monthly billing of charges, taking into account the statutory/operating guidelines and deduction of all specified charges for a fixed group of employees. They are responsible for the installation, maintenance and modification of personal master data. They shall examine the documentation for personnel measures (content changes, transports, etc.) and carry out the corresponding correspondence. They advise and support executives and employees with regard to issues relating to pay billing. They are the contact person for health insurance companies, authorities, associations and social security institutions. They actively contribute to the further development of HR systems. You take over additional projects within the Human Resources department.

You have a successfully completed business studies or a completed training in the commercial sector, ideally with specialist training in pay accounting They have well-founded professional experience in payroll/time management, ideally within an industrial company They have extensive knowledge of labour, wage and social security law and ideally also in collective bargaining law They are characterized by a high service orientation and reliability and show a sense of responsibility in handling the personal data You have knowledge of how to use the common software tools (e.g. MS Office), and ideally experience with SAP
