You are the first requirement profiles and develop personal selection procedures for our jobs to find the most suitable candidates for the respective positions. You also support us in creating job descriptions. You will start presentation and training documents for our managers. You are involved in the standardization of our processes as well as personnel selection methods. You will conduct first interviews with our applicants and take the first step of staff selection.

You are enrolled at a university or university – ideally in a degree course such as economic psychology / psychology or comparable. First practical experience (e.g. staff selection projects) is of advantage – but no need. You bring first knowledge in the field of fitness diagnostics and good knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). You work independently, responsibly and structured.
