Employee Chemical / Pharmaceutical Production (m/f/d)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our SUSONITY production site in Gernsheim. As part of a global production network, we create a broad portfolio of effect pigments for the automotive and cosmetic industries as well as numerous special applications. As an employee (m/w/d) in a partial continuous layer system, you are responsible for the production of substrate precursors by means of web coating methods. You can use, monitor and control production facilities, partly by process control system, and perform serial approaches as well as routine analyses. Prepare preparations, mixtures, solutions and suspensions and calculate the required quantities of raw material. Compliance with quality requirements according to DIN ISO and GMP requirements is part of your tasks as well as logging all activities. You check and document the raw materials used, dispose of residual materials professionally and ensure the maintenance and maintenance of the production facilities. In addition, you carry crane and industrial trucks, coordinate with the operating coordinator and work actively in a motivated family working group.
