Head of Customer Support & Technical Services

As part of our dedicated service team, you play a central role in technical issues - in the house and in customer use.

You provide a smooth service with a high level of quality – from fault analysis, repairs and maintenance to coordination of on-site operations at customers.

You make technology understandable and product benefits experienceable - in personal conversation, on events or online via webinars and social networks.

You listen carefully - understand what our customers really need and find clever, practical solutions.

You are responsible for the structured collection of all service activities - thereby making an active contribution to our quality and sales goals.

You share your know-how professionally and understandably with webinars and presence training of our partners.

You work closely with sales, product management and marketing - and actively contributes your ideas to the further development of our service department.

You take more responsibility and grow into your team with our support.

A completed training or a study with a technical background - most preferably in medical technology, electrical engineering or precision mechanics.

Finded electrical or electrotechnical knowledge as well as experience in maintenance and repair of technical equipment, like from medicine.

Multiannual professional experience in technical service - complemented by first leadership experience or clear willingness to actively take over this role.

Openness and commitment - you like to go to people and are with heart blood at the cause.

A fine feeling for people - you understand the worries and needs of our customers and quickly realize what You really need.

Good knowledge of English in word and writing - to deal safely with international documents as well as with customers: to communicate from European countries.

Team spirit & enthusiasm - you like working with others and bringing positive energy to the team.

Clear communication - even if it gets stressful, you stay friendly, solution-oriented and on the point.

Digital know-how - safe handling of office applications, social media and good understanding of the use of digital tools.
