Regional Manager Bielefeld Area (m/f/d)

As Regional Manager (m/w/d), you take over the leadership and further development of around 20 stores in the East Westphalia region and the Southern Lower Saxony. You are regularly on the move at our stores and help our store managers successfully manage their teams, reach sales targets and offer our customers an inspiring shopping experience. In doing so, you act as a coach, savings partner and model for your store managers and create an environment characterized by trust, appreciation and self-responsibility. Leadership, coaching and further development of Store Managers in your region Building a powerful, motivated and customer-oriented store organization Promoting positive leadership culture with focus on employee development, engagement and wellbeing Responsibility for achieving relevant sales, productivity and retail KPIs Analysis of economic indicators and derivation and implementation of appropriate measures to increase sales and earnings Ensuring an excellent customer journey and consistent orientation to our customers Implementation of regional and company-wide omnichannel initiatives Regular Store Visits to Ensure Brand Standards, Processes and Operational Excellence Optimization of personnel deployment planning, goods management and operational processes Responsibility for budget and cost management within the region Close cooperation with HR, Training, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising and other interfaces Implementation of the corporate strategy and active participation of regional and national initiatives

Successfully completed studies or comparable training with corresponding professional experience Multiannual leadership experience in textile retail or a comparable multi-store organization Strong coaching and communication skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop people Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of economic indicators High customer orientation and passion for retail and fashion Responsible, solution-oriented and pragmatic procedures High readiness to travel within the region Ideally located in the area of Bielefeld, Gütersloh or Paderborn or centrally within the region Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
