As Coordinator - Customer Service Operations (m/w/x) at the Dorsten site, you take responsibility for the operational management and further development of our customer service for various clients. Specialist expert: You are professionally responsible for the guidance of our partner locations (e.g. in Spain) and continuously advance their development Ensure service quality: You are responsible for maintaining our service levels (e.g. through appropriate response to peaks) and continuous improvement of customer communication Optimize processes: Analyze existing processes and develop new solutions to increase efficiency together with the Quality Team Managing interface: You are the first contact person for internal departments (e.g. Key Account Management) and our client - including in escalation cases Reporting & Analysis: You will start regular reports on performance key figures and take concrete steps to further develop

Multiannual experience in customer service or customer care, e.g. as customer service agent (m/w/x), customer service represenative (m/w/x) or specialist customer service (m/w/x), ideally including professional leadership experience Safe handling of common reporting tools and CRM systems, as well as very good Excel knowledge Analytical thinking capacity as well as structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and a sovereign appearance towards internal and external stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English
