You support us in the function of a project management office (PMO) in the SAP S/4HANA project. You work closely with the S/4HANA project management team and get a comprehensive insight into project management and many strategic IT topics from Hamburger Energiewerke GmbH.

Coordination of events and events

Support for onboarding project staff

Support in creating presentations for different target groups (project management, executives and employees)

Support in cost tracking

Help with the creation and maintenance of documentation

Creating simple reports to support decision-making processes and track project status

You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics or Computer Science in the fields

You have very good knowledge in the Microsoft products teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

SAP experience is helpful but not necessary

You draw through a high organizational talent

You have a quick understanding and have fun working on new previously unknown topics

You are strong and open to communication with colleagues

You like to work independently in previously defined tasks
