We are now looking for a dedicated full-time lawyer (m/w/d) with a focus on social security rights for the occupational pension system in our department Product Taxes and Social Security at Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG in Stuttgart. This position offers a challenging, interdisciplinary and varied activity. Our department is the central contact person for tax and social insurance issues concerning the products of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG. Our strength lies in intensive professional exchange and team work. We therefore attach great importance to a constructive and positive working environment and an open, collegial approach. This is what awaits you as a full lawyer for social security and bAV (m/w/d) Support: You support our internal contact persons (m/w/d) in the staff, in operation and in sales in the clarification of social insurance issues in the field of private and company pensions. Development: You accompany the development and implementation of new products and concepts from a social insurance perspective. Analysis: You are analysing developments in social security legislation and case-law, first and foremost sound opinions and inform the relevant departments. Consultation: You advise the Head of Division on the discussion of future topics in the framework of committee work (e.g. GDV and working group of occupational retirement).

You bring this with you as a full lawyer for social security and bAV (m/w/d) Qualification: You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) and you have completed your two state exams with at least the ''s satisfaction' note. Previous knowledge: knowledge of social security law is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. More importantly, the willingness to engage in the relevant topics in a dedicated and independent way. Interest in adjacent topics (in particular tax law on occupational pensions) and technical issues should be present. Working: You work structured, thorough and solution-oriented. You are characterized by a very good expressiveness in word and writing, and you are able to prepare complex facts in a recipient-oriented manner. Personality: You convince with safe and binding appearance. New ideas and approaches inspire you. You go to tasks independently and motivately and enjoy looking at the edge of the plate.
