Mechatronics Technician (m/w/d) Aerospace

We are looking for a mechatronic (m/w/d) space in Backnang for our well-known customer from the aerospace industry.

Your tasks:

• Implementation of fine-mechanical assembly (screwing, gluing, soldering, measuring) according to drawing and other specifications of space equipment under clean room conditions
• Handling of subsystems according to manufacturing specification
• Integration of mechanical and electronic assemblies on subsystems
• Routing of RF (Radio Frequency) and HV (High Voltage) lines at payload level
• Execution of fuses with different adhesives
• Documentation of production results
• Implementation of quality tests (4-eye principle)

Your profile:

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic, precision mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Mind. 2 years of experience in the assembly of fine mechanical devices and assemblies (assembly, alignment, measuring, hand soldering)
• Experience in the assembly of devices under clean room conditions and with the microscope
• Routinized application with MS-Office as well as knowledge in handling an ERP system (preferably SAP)
