Support for financial and IT business leaders in strategic, operational and organisational issues and in managing responsibility Project Management Office (PMO) of the Finance & IT business unit as well as planning, coordination, control and follow-up of special topics on behalf of the management Compilation of analyses, decision-making, presentations and evaluations on topics from finance, purchasing, IT and other cross-disciplinary questions Own takeover of project and subproject lines as well as the provision of agreed measures Sighting, prioritization and structured processing of information, requests and decision-making as a basis for management decisions Content preparation and follow-up of meetings and appointments of the Managing Director including participation in meetings and accompaniment with internal and external appointments

Successfully completed academic studies (Master/State exams, Double Studies or Promotion of Benefit) preferably in the fields of economics or law, or comparable qualifications and experience Multiannual work experience in the field of work Safe knowledge of financial and economic relations Knowledge and experience in project and process management, in particular in project management Knowledge and experience in IT, in particular digitalization and use of AI Very good German language (level C2) and English language skills Secure handling of Microsoft Office programs, ERP and BI applications
