Risk Manager & Internal Auditor (m/f/d)

Control and continuous development of the partial processes of the existing risk management system Administration and maintenance of the digital risk cockpit and further development of automated processes Introduction, application and development of appropriate risk assessment methods Organisation and moderation of workshops for identifying and evaluating risks Monitoring and controlling of defined risk management and internal audit measures Planning and implementation of internal audits focusing on process and organisational revisions Compilation of meaningful audit reports and an annual risk and audit report Active participation in the further development of the QM process model and implementation of binding requirements, including internal work protection and operational health management

Complete studies or a comparable qualification related to risk management, auditing, auditing or process management Funded knowledge in building and developing risk management systems Experience in performing internal audits or audits, ideally according to recognised standards Analytical strength and a strong understanding of processes and organizational structures Safe appearance in the moderation of workshops and in exchange with different stakeholders Communication strength as well as the ability to make complex facts understandable
