Technical Writer - Git / Markdown / CI/CD (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the planning, creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including product instructions, tutorials, API references and onboarding content for developers:inside You participate in the sprint planning and work together with product and engineering teams throughout the entire life cycle You write and test instructions using the product yourself to ensure that the workflows are correct and complete You apply our “Docs-as-Code” workflow using Git, Markdown and Continuous Integration pipelines and develop it further You use customer feedback, analyses and usability tests to improve the clarity and ease of use of the documentation During the content review, you enter instructions, less experienced team members and contribute to internal documentation standards and style guidelines You drive improvements to tools, workflows and documentation processes that increase team productivity and quality of content

You have a Bachelor degree in a technical, scientific or communication-related field or equivalent experience You have at least 5 years of experience in writing technical documentation for software products or cloud services You have profound knowledge of how to use documentation tools such as Git, CI/CD, Markdown, OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman You have experience in agile development environments You have excellent knowledge of English and German in word and writing You are able to work independently and edit several documentation projects in parallel You have a strong ability to analyse complex technical systems and communicate them clearly to a diverse audience
