Orders taking into account production capacities and schedules for production, assembly, construction and/or transport Processing of residues and carrying out countermeasures Clearing missing parts with operating purchasing If necessary, create production orders, list of pieces, documentation Clear orders with the competent authorities, processing, construction etc. Disposal of materials, auxiliary materials and operating materials Support for acceptances (e.g. preparation and implementation) Maintaining and reporting key figures Determining the available, human and technical capacities and the availability of materials Developing standardization topics Ensure compliance with defined processes/standards systemically (e.g. design guidelines, factory standards, processes)

Funded technical training or commercial training with multi-year professional experience and technical understanding 3–5 years of professional experience in work preparation, ideally in manufacturing pronounced ERP affinity and a good understanding of the relationship between planning, production and material flow Good knowledge of the application of MS Office products Own responsibility, enforcement, organisational ability and a high understanding of the process are desirable
