Completed at least three years of training under the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) as a gardener Multiannual professional experience in the horticultural sector with a focus on vegetation technology (green area care, dams, wood and interflor care) Funded knowledge of plant history as well as the care and entertainment of demanding dams, ornamental woods and parks with seasonal alternating planting knowledge of labour and collective bargaining and safety regulations, such as the accident prevention regulation UVV and the Youth Employment Protection Act are advantageous Detection of the acquisition of vocational training skills in accordance with the training regulations or the willingness to acquire them Teamability, organisational skills and high flexibility Health suitability for performing physically heavy work Detection of driving class B Driving class C1 or C1E is advantageous
