HR Business Partner Schwerpunkt Talent Management (m/f/d)

Our client is a well-known, internationally established industrial company in the Renewable Energy segment with several thousand employees worldwide and an excellent image. On behalf of this high-growth global player, we are looking for a strong communication personality for the position as HRBP with the focus on talent management (m/w/d) in Germany, in an internationally closely linked team.

In the role of Talent Manager Germany (m/w/d), you are responsible for the expansion and further development of talent and performance management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You are the first contact person for your internal customers and provide advice and operational support to HR Business partners as well as managers. As part of an internationally closely linked team, you will also take over cross-border projects and pursue the goal of jointly raising talent management to a new level within the company's growth-driven transformation process.

A proactive personality is sought, which the company wants to accompany on the positive change process on the HR side and is keen to take on projects and responsibilities independently. We are looking for both HR Business Partner (m/w/d) and candidate: in the field of talent management, performance management or personnel development, who have already gained experience in an international environment of a matrix organization and who have the desire to actively shape the talent management of the company.

Management and responsibility for the implementation of talent and performance management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland Advice and support of HR Business partners and executives of all levels in matters relating to talent and performance management Coordination of implementation and follow-up of training and development measures Development and training measures - from talent pool programs to organisational and individual development measures Expansion and development of talent pools in your region along with HR Business partners and executives Analysis of data as a basis for deriving performance and talent management measures Takeover of group-wide projects for the rollout of performance and talent management initiatives as well as process optimization

Successfully completed studies or training with focus or further training in the field of HR Multiannual experience in the role as HR Business Partner or HR Manager (m/w/d) in an internationally oriented environment with matrix organization Knowledge of data-based performance and talent management Experience in accompanying change and transformation processes High-communication team player and networker who can win people at all levels residence in the southern Rhineland-Palatinate or Saarland; alternatively the readiness to move your food point English fluent in word and writing
