As an area manager, you take over the overall responsibility for the technical project management of the ELK KAMPA Group in Germany – starting with customer management with a focus on order intake and sampling to design planning for production-specific planning of the wooden bar construction. You thus lead the decisive area between sales and production. Its aim is to ensure a timely and quality-oriented technical project execution and to continuously develop the organization. As a charismatic, technically versed manager, you have the chance to specifically strengthen the growth of the ELK KAMPA Group in this role from the central location in Aalen. Overall responsibility for the project management of the ELK KAMPA Group in Germany - starting with customer management with focus on order intake and sampling to design planning for production-specific planning of the wooden bar construction Leadership, development and coaching of more than 50 employees and three experienced team leaders Further development of a powerful organization with clear responsibilities, efficient processes and high outcome orientation. Optimization of all interfaces between sales, planning, production and assembly. Control capacity, priorities and resources in a dynamic project environment. Introduction of modern planning and control processes and continuous improvement of quality, productivity and throughput times. Close cooperation with management and management colleagues in strategic issues and the further development of the company. Complete studies in civil engineering, wood engineering, architecture or comparable technical qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a technical organisation with at least 10 employees Experience in prefab house construction, timber construction, module construction, construction or a comparable project-oriented industry with corresponding customer focus (B2C) Knowledge of technical project management, order processing or work preparation Experience in managing several parallel projects and in capacity and resource management Embossed process competence and joy in developing organisations Sovereign appearance towards employees, customers and management Entrepreneurial thinking and high decision-making and implementation competence
