Diploma in Finance in Economic and Tax Criminal Law (m/f/d)

As part of the practice group Economic and Tax Criminal Law, we advise you at the interface of tax law and criminal law and experience new, challenging questions every day. You contribute to the correction of tax returns as well as to the creation of criminal self-disclosures and contribute to the development of complex issues in a legal and strategic sense. You support and represent clients in audits and tax criminal proceedings – from the first request of the financial administration to the end of the proceedings. You are involved in the design, development and implementation of tax compliance management systems and help companies identify risks early and act legally safe. You work closely and interdisciplinaryly with experienced lawyers and get deep insights into a dynamic, economically shaped legal area that requires a sense of legal fingering and tax know-how. In short, she expects a varied field of activity with the opportunity to develop professionally continuously – far from classic routine activities.

You have completed your training as a graduate financial institution (m/w/d). You share our enthusiasm for tax law and have fun in developing new topics and questions. You value careful work and convince with your commitment, appearance and client orientation. Responsibility and commitment are just as natural as team capacity.
