In a modern, agile project environment, you are instrumental in redesigning our application landscape and creating real added value for our customers and sales partners. Your duties System support: Technical support and further development of the Policy Center inventory management system Requirement management: Full responsibility of the analysis lifecycle – from the demand survey to solution design and test to productive use Teamwork: Responsible processing of backlogitems in an interdisciplinary and international team of developers, departments and business analysts Consultation: Support for the areas of expertise in the design of new product measures and analysis of their impact on systems and processes Communication: coordination with departments and IT to optimize software-based processes Documentation: Creation and maintenance of process and application manuals as well as participation in projects and sub-initiatives

Education & Study: Completed training in the field of insurance or studies in business management, economics, business informatics or comparable discipline IT competence: High IT affinity, enthusiasm for process thinking and experience in requirements and test management Knowledge: knowledge in dealing with Ready API and safe handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel Working method: Analytical thinking, structured procedure and pronounced self-motivation Soft Skills: team skills, conflict sensitivity, communication strength and moderation skills Personality: Creativity, Quick Understanding and Pleasure of Complex Tasks and Working in Agile Teams
