Coordination of clinical studies: organisation and coordination of all procedures between doctors, administration, authorities, patients and external partners. Advising the students: basic medical care, guidance, education and close support of the participants during the entire study period. Implementation of delegated medical activities: preparation and assistance in investigations, sampling, processing and dispatch of materials, as well as handling medical devices. Ensuring compliance & quality: monitoring of study data, correct documentation, compliance with legal requirements, handling deviations and unwanted events. Logistics & Organization in the Study Laboratory: Material Management, Sample Logistics, Temperature Controls, Device Review and SOP-compliant work for a smooth course of study.

Completed training as a medical specialist (MFA), nursing staff or assistant Safe handling of medical terminology, basics of pharmacology and knowledge of nursing Consistent with documentation principles and basic diagnostic processes Experience in conducting clinical studies and knowledge of relevant regulations (ICH-GCP, AMG, GCP-V) Versified handling of MS Office and good English skills in word and writing Ideally experience in haematological-oncological fields or comparable qualifications through relevant professional practice Convinced on the whole line -
