The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your tasks

• You have the leadership responsibility for various products within the Office Productivity & Collaboration area with approx. 15 direct employees and international colleagues in the hubs.
• You play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and successful migration from M365 to Google Workspace and at the same time ensure a high user acceptance in the company.
• You analyze customer requirements and guide concepts and strategies for the products.
• You plan and guide IT projects from conception to successful implementation in compliance with time and budget requirements and act as an interface to stakeholders.
• You provide a service-oriented operation taking into account costs, services and internal customer satisfaction.
• You are available as a Sparring Partner within the product organization so that the products can develop.

Your profile

• In addition, you already have disciplinary leadership experience and look beyond the plate rim
• You have deep knowledge of the M365 products or have already gained experience in Google Workspace products
• You are always up to date on the latest developments and trends in your area of responsibility
• The exchange with internal stakeholders and the management of external partners as well as the work in the team are fun
• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• You can express yourself in German as well as in English on a disciplinary level
