Technical Manager (m/f/d)

Our client has been developing and producing packaging solutions for the food industry for many decades. The international group is the world leader in its industry and in more than 100 countries.

We are looking for an experienced, independent and responsible technical manager (m/w/d) for the production site in the south-eastern Rhineland-Palatinate, on the edge of the Rhine-Main region and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

You ensure efficient and structured maintenance to ensure high plant availability and stable production processes. You lead and develop the approximately 30-member team (with two team leaders Operational & Electrical Maintenance) and structure transparent roles, responsibilities, shifts and workloads in an environment with high output. You continuously develop processes, complex structures and technical standards, drive preventive maintenance strategies and strengthen cooperation between technology and production. You are present at the shopfloor and actively involved in critical technical applications, implement relevant KPIs for controlling decisions and performance and are responsible for budget planning. Through active exchange with other international works, You contribute to sharing best practices and harmonising cross-site standards.

You have completed a technical study, e.g. the mechanical engineering department or a comparable training and training to the industrial master or technician. You bring together several years of experience from medium-sized production environments and especially maintenance and were able to achieve demonstrable successes in implementing measures until the completion and sustainable improvement of technical processes. You have shown in comparable leadership positions that you can independently and with integrity and authentic presence of disciplinary personnel responsibility. You think strategically and predictively and are at the same time a solution-oriented, proactive and resilient pragmatician who wants to drive things forward continuously from their own drive. You work structured and data-based, are very well self-organized and can quickly adapt to new conditions. You have good English skills.
