In this position, you will become part of our team “Central Order Processing” in the Internal Services division. You perform a wide range of tasks in order processing and manufacturing and contribute to ensuring smooth operations and the highest quality of service with your organizational designer.

DISCLOSURE

• First processing and processing of incoming customer orders
• Creation, adaptation and management of permanent jobs
• Invoicing and auditing of accounts
• Processing of input invoices as well as preparation and testing of goods inputs, cancellations and credits
• Creation and analysis of reports on service quality
• Optimization of processes in accounting, order processing, leasing and reporting
• Advertising management with solution-oriented customer communication
• Coordination and cooperation with internal departments
• Maintenance and updating of relevant customer and master data

THE BRINGS

• Successfully completed studies in the field of BWL or completed commercial training
• Experience in order processing, invoicing or in a comparable commercial area
• Secure handling of ERP systems & MS Office (Excel knowledge of advantage)
• Number affinity and analytical thinking
• Structured and independent working with a view to detail
• Communication strength and team spirit – you are an active part of our team and promote open communication
• High service orientation and an open, solution-oriented approach
