We are a sympathetic and dynamic team that specialises in M&A transactions at four locations in Germany for the proprietary middle class. They take responsibility with us from the first day and are directly involved in national and cross-border M&A projects, often across locations and in cooperation with our international partner network ADVIOR.

• As an analyst (m/w/d) at the Düsseldorf site, as part of the team, you advise our customers in the context of M&A projects along all process phases (preparation, speech, due diligence, contract negotiations) both on the purchase and sales side.
• They enter into direct contact with shareholders, managing directors, investors, consultants and other relevant stakeholders from day 1.
• You create meaningful presentation and process documents (discussion documents, information memorandums) and perform detailed market and competition analyses.
• They identify new business approaches and support the acquisition of exciting new consulting mandates.
• You carry out corporate assessments using common methods (DCF, multipliers) and create complex financial models.
• They accompany and support our interns professionally.
• They support the development of our department as part of various strategic topics.

This will bring you

• An excellently completed economic study or a comparable degree.
• First practical experience in M&A consulting, ideally through internships in an investment bank, M&A boutique or WP company.
• Funded knowledge of finance and accounting as well as a good understanding of the tax and legal aspects of M&A transactions.
• Long-term assessment methods are applied sovereignly.
• They work independently and structured, deal with MS Office excellently and present your results in both German and English equally convincing and reliable.
• As a team player, you communicate clearly and appreciateably, work reliably and carefully under time pressure, keep a cool head and show a pronounced number affinity as well as a high quality claim.
• They are inspiring for strategic topics and have fun to actively advance our department alongside the project business.
• Ideally, you bring a high interest in pioneering technologies and AI applications and have already gained first practical experience with their application in everyday work.
