Self-assessment of funds and individual assets by recognised valuation methods Distribution planning and planning of project companies (Bilanz, GuV, CFR) Development, maintenance and optimization of our evaluation and simulation tool Analysis and preparation of evaluation data and preparation of reports and presentations Participation in the further development of internal evaluation processes and standards Cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. fund management, IT, external experts) Answering questions about evaluation models and results

That's what you bring

Complete studies in the field of economics, business informatics, mathematics, finance or comparable Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideal for evaluation, modelling, controlling, corporate finance or audit Very good numerical understanding and analytical thinking Found experience in dealing with evaluation models and tools, ideally also with simulation software Secure handling of MS Excel; Knowledge of VBA, Python or comparable programming languages is advantageous Impressed communication skills and joy in sharing with colleagues from different business areas Team skills and willingness to actively engage in a small, newly created team Own initiative, sense of responsibility and an independent, structured way of working Flexibility and openness for new tasks and the ability to work quickly into new topics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1)
