At Zühlke, you are a key contributor to the success of our customers in the financial sector by driving their strategic technology transformation initiatives and modernization programs. As a trusted consultant, you build close relationships with key decision-makers in banks and financial services companies. With your in-depth expertise and deep insight, you help our customers make the right technology decisions. In your role as Solution Architect, you develop architectures for large, complex applications and guide their implementation from conception to go-live. In doing so, you advocate technical excellence and sustainable business success. Your work makes a real difference – you help our customers successfully implement their most important software projects. Through close cooperation with IT and business decision-makers, you develop a deep understanding of their specific requirements, challenges and domains. This allows you to act as a strategic partner, bring innovative ideas convincingly and actively shape the future of technology in the financial services sector. In addition, you contribute to the further development of our financial services business by working closely with our German market unit to expand our business with existing and new customers. In the future, you will play a central role in a growing team of software engineers, architects and consultants specializing in solutions for the financial industry.

You have a degree in computer science or a related area as well as many years of experience as a software engineer and architect in the enterprise financial services environment. You are a practice-oriented consultant who uses his extensive software development knowledge to advance strategic decisions together with stakeholders from different disciplines and at all hierarchy levels. You have sound knowledge of the financial services industry, especially in banking or insurance, and have a strong personal network of contacts with customers and partners. You understand the value of personal relationships and appreciate the direct exchange with customers and colleagues. A hybrid working model with 2–3 days on site with the customer or in our Zühlke offices is of course for you. You are curious and always striving to develop yourself through new technology trends in your field, such as AI, blockchain or cloud computing.
