You process and approve applications for rehabilitation and treatments. You reimburse reha calculations for stationary and outpatient rehabilitation measures in approved facilities in Germany and abroad. You are responsible for the telephone and written contact with customers and rehabilitation clinics. You implement requirements of team management in the daily work processes. You support your team and team leadership in optimizing the processes.

You ideally involve completed vocational training in the medical or commercial field or comparable qualifications in the relevant field. Alternatively, you have acquired the necessary know-how through practical experience and specific knowledge to successfully fulfill the tasks of this position. You have expertise in statutory and aid law or have the ability and willingness to acquire them. You have good PC skills and have a safe handling of the current MS Office programs. You like to work independently and enjoy working in the team. You are willing to undertake occasional mission. You bring your own ideas with you.
