The Hospitals Landkreis Freudenstadt gGmbH offers professional medical care in a family atmosphere at two locations. In Freudenstadt, a hospital of basic and regular care is operated with 330 beds including a helicopter landing site, in the nearby Horb, a clinic for Geriatric rehabilitation with 50 beds supplements the offer for our patients. The Freudenstadt site includes various practices as part of a medical care center. In addition, the clinics are accredited as an academic teaching hospital at the University of Tübingen. With over 1,000 employees from different disciplines, we are committed to the welfare of our patients every day. Responsibility for the entire recruitment process (medical & non-medical staff) Creating and switching job advertisements on suitable platforms Active Sourcing via social media, networks & trade fairs Cooperation with the specialist departments on request profiles Organization & Accompanying interviews (so that knowledge of collective bargaining in relation to TVöD-K and TVÄ/VKA) Applicant Management System & Reporting Participation in Employer Branding & Personal Marketing

Completed commercial training or studies in the field of HR, communication, etc. Ideally first professional experience in recruiting – preferably in healthcare Communication strength, empathy & professional appearance Organizational designer & structured, independent working Safe handling of MS Office & ideally applicant management systems Enthusiasm for recruiting staff & Employer Branding
