We are looking for you as a plant driver(m/w/d) for our plant operation in the biomass power plant in Delitzsch – Become You are part of our energy future! We currently operate more than 800 plants across the country, including 36 biogas plants and 8 power plants and heating power plants using biomass (wood), thermal residual waste and sewage sludge. We reliably provide private households, industry, trade and public institutions.

You monitor and control the state-of-the-art plants of our biomass power plant to ensure smooth operation. Inspection and maintenance: You carry out regular inspections and maintenance work and thus contribute to the optimal functioning of our systems. Troubleshooting: You detect and troubleshoot in plant operation quickly and effectively. Reporting: You document operating data and create precise reports to monitor the performance and efficiency of the systems. Teamwork: You work closely with the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operation. Safety and environmental regulations: You shall ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental legislation.

These are your skills Technical training: You have a completed training as a locksmith, mechatronic or industrial mechanic, as an alternative you bring a comparable technical qualification. Experience in power plant operation: Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience, preferably in the energy sector, e.g. as a power planter, manager, boiler tanker, machine operator or plant manager. Experiences in the process industry or in the operation of power plants are advantageous. Commitment and flexibility: Through your strong sense of responsibility you are ready to work in shiftwork, even on weekends and holidays. Digital competence: You are versed, safe and flexible in handling MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
