You create the correct booking and management of packaging documents. You support the creation and implementation of the monthly package inventory. You are the first to respond to local transport business. You enter the pick-up orders for the empties. You are responsible for the procurement and provision of traceable packaging for our customers. You agree to the branch, customer and carrier accounts. You communicate by telephone and in writing with the driver, the customer and internal departments.

You have a completed commercial training, preferably from the forwarding and logistics area, office communication, accounting, billing or a comparable area. You provide a safe handling of the Microsoft Office applications. You bring an organized, structured and detailed way of working. You are convinced by your problem-solving ability and affinity in dealing with numbers. You act independently in your area of responsibility, but you also have team skills.
