Strategic control, further development and legal orientation of the entire Environmental and Regulatory Management Unit. Leadership and development of around 150 employees and strengthening modern, clear leadership and decision-making structures. Ensuring efficient, citizen-oriented and digitized processes in all areas of responsibility (including civil service, order, environment, transport, law / award). Responsibility for regulatory and safety issues as well as central environmental and consumer protection tasks. Control of traffic law issues and coordination of legal principles and procurement practices. Close cooperation with Mayor, Heads of Units and political bodies, as well as sovereign moderation of different interests.

Full legal qualification (second state exams), knowledge of administrative and regulatory law desirable. Security in dealing with complex legal entities, internal administrative processes, political decision-making and publicly visible themes. Experience in leading larger organizational units or recognizable potential for such a role and understanding of modern, digital administrative processes. Sovereign, integree and resilient management personality with pronounced design willingness, strategic thinking ability and high decision-making ability. Embossed political and diplomatic feeling combined with neutrality and the ability to constructively balance different interests. Very good communication, moderation and conflictability as well as clarity in the presentation of complex facts. Empathic, cooperative understanding of leadership, high social competence and the ability to motivate, develop and effectively transfer responsibility.
