The CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. For our CJD Salzland workshops in Schönebeck we are looking for a group leader for our output kitchen/cantine from 01.02.2026.

Your New Task

• Organize and guide workflows in the kitchen
• Preparation of food
• You motivate and activate our employees in educational terms
• Compliance with quality requirements and occupational safety (HACCP)
• stock management and goods procurement.

Your profile

• A completed gastronomic training as a cook
• First professional experience in the kitchen management of system gastronomy, community service or comparable facilities
• Training certificate (AEVO)
• High level of service and responsibility
• Social competence and joy in working with people with disabilities
• Quality awareness for the preparation and presentation of food
• Funded PC knowledge
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
