Associate Real Estate Financing - Real Assets / Banking (m/f/d)

Our company has been present in Germany for over 30 years and today consists of 100 employees who support customers in Germany, Austria and German Switzerland.

We offer investment and hedging solutions and flow products for equity and bond markets as well as a full range of investment banking solutions that include acquisition financing, capital acquisition on the foreign and equity market, and M&A consulting through our global M&A network. We also offer financing, in particular in the global sectors of Natixis CIB, including electricity and renewable energies, infrastructure and real estate, and have its own German mortgage bank. This enables us to develop tailor-made real estate financing solutions for customers in Germany and throughout Europe.

Our entire range is enhanced by Natixis CIB's expertise in Green & Sustainable Finance, which enables us to offer financial solutions to help our customers reduce the environmental impact of their activities. You actively support the acquisition of new customers and develop existing relationships with institutional investors, project developers and sponsors. You are structuring complex real estate financing on your own, carrying out financial analyses as well as cash flow modelling, and you are creating term sheets and sound credit templates. You coordinate the internal approval process and act as a central interface to the Risk Management, Law, Assessment and Treasury departments. You actively identify and promote cross-selling potentials for other Natixis Group products, such as interest derivatives or investment banking solutions. You conduct sound credit risk analyses, continuously test relevant market trends and ensure the high quality standards of the bank in close cooperation with the risk department.

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, real estate economics or a comparable discipline. You bring at least 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in structured real estate financing, credit analysis or investment banking. You have excellent knowledge of financial modelling, cash flow analysis and real estate assessment – BelWertV’s knowledge is a big plus. You can demonstrate demonstrable success in the independent development of credit templates and the monitoring of transactions by the credit bodies. With your level of negotiation and communication, your own initiative and your strong customer and team orientation, you perfectly match us. You communicate in English and German in word and writing.

Attractive salary package: Depending on experience and qualification, we offer you an annual salary of between 80,000 and 95,000 euros.
