In your role as 'Workforce Manager (m/w/d)', you are strategically planning and optimizing personnel deployment planning and flexible working time models taking into account operational and legal frameworks. In addition, you are responsible for the introduction and further development of planning models for controlling personnel capacities. With your specialist expertise, you will advise managers and employees on topics such as working time flexibility, time accounts and shift models to ensure an optimal balance between operational requirements and employee needs. In close cooperation with the Department of Labour Law, you will ensure that all working time models used as well as the associated processes and systems comply with the statutory and tariff requirements.

Complete studies in the field of business management, human resources management, business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in the field of workforce management or personnel deployment planning, ideal for in-class trading Strong analytical skills and a strong understanding of business relationships High IT affinity, ideally experience with automation and AI-based personnel planning Communication strength and persuasiveness in dealing with different stakeholders Solution-oriented, structured and proactive operation
