Our team is responsible for all activities related to vocational training, dual studies and pupil internships at the Hamburg location of Mercedes-Benz AG and for all technical qualifications of approx. 2,000 employees at the site. These challenges include: You accompany the recruitment process for trainees and dual students.

You support the trainers in technical vocational training and contribute to the implementation of (technical) projects.

You support the transformation as part of the digitalization of processes and the integration of AI/AI.

You work on the creation and revision of training modules of trainees.

You participate in the planning, commissioning and implementation of further training measures.

You support projects and introduce your own ideas.

You're working on analyses and creating presentations.

You work with the support of pupil interns and introduce yourself to the training marketing.

You support the communication of the topics of our area.

You are the contact person for all interns of the site and organize the exchange with each other as well as if necessary. Leisure activities.

You are either in a technical course or in a study of economics, social sciences and humanities, pedagogy, psychology or the like and have successfully completed (technical) vocational training beforehand.

You have fun getting creative and motivated into our team.

You have a structured way of working and are used to independent work.

You are reliable and your communication skills as well as your team skills are yours.

Your handling of MS-Office is just as safe as your knowledge of German and English.

You have an affinity on the topics of digitalization, artificial intelligence and modern qualification concepts.

You planned 6 months for your internship.
