Trainee lawyer (m/f/d)

The Legal, Compliance and Labor Relations function is a strategic and operationally advisory partner for the other departments, businesses and regions of the TK Elevator Group worldwide in all legal matters and compliance issues. Due to the internationality of our company, you can expect a varied range of tasks. During your legal or elective office, you will get to know the entire range of activities as a corporate lawyer in the TK Elevator Group and support the Legal, Compliance and Labor Relations function in dealing with diverse legal and compliance issues, often with international reference. Among other things, you are dealing with diverse issues of contract, company, labor, IP, IT or antitrust law. Legal support within the framework of M&A activities may also be within your area of responsibility. You take over legal advice, process themes independently, support contract negotiations and accompany judicial proceedings. Research and the preparation of opinions, comments and scientific elaborations will complete your task profile.

You have a successfully completed first legal state exam. You bring a good understanding of economic and legal relationships as well as interest in in interdisciplinary work. You are distinguished in particular by a rapid collection and presentation of legal matters. Your environment convinces you with strong team and communication skills, social competence and a solution-oriented way of working. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as enthusiasm complete your profile.
