HR Generalist

You are responsible for the support of your assigned employees from A, such as work contract to Z, such as time management, and take care of all the personal topics. You actively participate as a team player in the creation of the monthly pay bill, in which you always have a look at the employment, social insurance and tax issues. HR-Controlling: Creation of statistics (KPIs) and analysis of key figures. Recruiting: Participating in the applicant process, creating alerts etc. Hands-On: The update of the master files is one of your tasks as well as communication with authorities. Introduction and Implementation of the “Operating Integration Management” Projects: Participation in exciting and cross-departmental HR projects (e.g. applicant management, time management, etc.)

You have completed training as an industrial businessman or equivalent and have at least a two-year professional experience in human resources An additional qualification in the personal economy is advantageous You are one of the reliable and trusting people who work structured, targeted and at a high level Your strengths: High motivation, self-initiative, empathic communicative skills, self-responsibility, team skills and flexibility The usual MS Office programs are familiar to you, as well as special HR applications, here in particular time recording and pay billing tools
